Cheese mould St. Paulin, Munster, Camembert and other drained cheeses and blue cheeses

Very practical cheese mould that is also used during our workshops. Not very suitable for pressing with cloth, but ideal for St. Paulin, Munster, Camembert and other drained cheeses and blue cheeses. We also have round gauzes that fit into this and ensure a nice crust closure and better drainage.
