Medium white fungus.

The PC Neige 1 D is a fast growing white fungus. It provides a white surface and good stability with accelerated mold growth, storage stability and aroma development.

Freeze-dried medium mold culture for white mold cheeses.

1 dose (= for 250 to 300 liters of milk).

Can be frozen sweet.

Dissolve in skimmed milk, divide in ice cube tray or small jars and put in the freezer.

Store in the freezer
