Natural goat rennet. In a handy dropper bottle.
Both for fresh cheese (quark) and hard and pressed cheese.
This rennet is an artisanal product. Is extracted from the abomasum of kids (goats).
Cheese made with this rennet is not suitable for vegetarians.
Concentration 148 IMCU/ml (International Milk Clotting Units).
7 ml curdles 10 liters of milk for all current cheeses
or 10-12 drops per liter for all current cheeses.
For cottage cheese/flat cheese: 3-4 drops/litre
Store in a cool and dark place
